Julie,Carine,Ashley Macaroni Recipe !!!
As requested from Hui Hui, I’ve decided to teach how to cook a nice n yummy Macaroni …
Well, it’s just something simple, which is very 清淡…. Well, for those very pro in cooking, can simply dun read this post… cuz it’s something really simple meal… Well, it’s a best start with those who never cook before like our Miss Hui Hui Princess… hehe… cuz simple AND very nice!! Haha…. It’s never too late to learn cooking n cook for your love ones…
INGREDIENT TO BUY:
1) 1-2 Packet of Macaroni
(For 4 Servings)
2) 1 box of Maggi brand Chicken Stock Cube
(1 time can use up to 3 cubes for a big bowl of Macaroni.)
3) Cai Sim Vegetable
(if you are going to buy in those supermarkets, buy 1 packet will do, & of cuz choose nice nice de)
4) Carrot
(1 can Liao, but supermarket dun sell only 1 piece, it’s in a packet, choose those look nice nice de.)
5) Pork Mince meat
(one packet)
For Seasoning the Mince Meat
6) 2 tablespoon 太白粉
(plain flour)
7) 1 tablespoon 麻油
8) Pepper
(agar agar little will do, sprinkle little.)
9) 2 tablespoon + little of Light Sauce
(酱青)
Optional:
-Crabmeat
-Hotdog
-Fishball
-Fisk cake
-Chicken meat
As you are just a beginner, cut n get prepare all ingredients before u cook, if not later u cook at the same time u chopped n seasons the mince meat, u will sure ga-lang-ga-boh.
GET PREPARE:
1) Soak the Macaroni in water.
(For easier cooking.) Soak until it turn soft den drain away the water.

(CAI SIM VEGETABLE)
Soak Cai Sim vegetable in water (
to wash the veggi clean.)
Chop away the bottom part of the Cai Sim
(throw away), den cut the veggi to a size about 4-5 cm. After which, put in a bowl, put aside.

(CARROT-Be very careful when handling carrot, you may cut yourself easily )
Scrap away the skin of the carrot. Wash with water. Cut the Top and bottom of it
(throw away). Chop in this way ---l----l-----l----l---- to the size of 4 -5 cm. Now the carrot are all in the shape of a cylinder, cut them again to one slice one slice
(BECAREFUL WOR! Cuz it’s a little bit hard to cut and careful will easily cut ur hand). Den cut again to the shape of l l l l . Finish Liao put them in another bowl wash again with water, put a side.

(MINCE MEAT)Remove them for the Styrofoam plate. Just cook the quantity that u think u need, dun need to finish whole packet of it, cuz after eating u end up eat a lot of the mince meat which is not that nice. Pour them into a bowl. 1) Bring in 2 Tablespoon + another little bit of 酱青 den stir and mix well. (The normal spoon we use for eating.) 2) After mixing, put 2 tablespoon of plain flour, stir and mix well. 3) After mixing, put 1 tablespoon of 麻油, stir and mix well.
TIME TO COOK!! :
Pour the soaked Macaroni to a big pot, den pour about 4 big bowl of water.(At the end of throwing everything if u think soup not enough den u pour some more water in.) Den put 2 chicken stocks in another small bowl, put in HOT water to let it melt until watery
(if after ALL INGREDIENTS IS IN u still think the soup is not “sweet” enough den u melt another half cube in), after it’s all melted pour them in the big pot together with the “cooking-in-process Macaroni” and let the big pot of chicken stock+ Macaroni boil. After boiling, throw in the pre-prepared Carrot and Cai Sim veggi. Let the carrot n Cai Sim cook until it this the kind of softness that u wan (you may try some of it as and when to see if it’s cooked.) After it’s cooked, use a tablespoon to scoop and make the mince meat into shape like fishballs and throw them in. After testing and confirm it’s all cooked den
